Ever since I actually took the time to listen to this song I've been slightly obsessed with it. It's such a beautiful, yet sad song. It's different from some of their other stuff, but you can just tell it has so much meaning behind it. I really like the way Zac sings this song, he sings with so much passion. I feel like this song is very relateable to real life. I like the way Zac explained it (it is after all, his song): "It's a song about the fact that fairy tales aren't necessarily true, that people's dreams don't always flourish. Loved ones die, people who deserve so much don't get what they should, and you should still believe in fairy tales because of the beauty of it, and you should still get up and strive to be a better person, live a better life and do these things; not to fall into the norm, but strive to do something great with your life. It's kind of cheesy, but I think it's a story that everyone should put to their life and go for a little more."

*Not really sure why this song has had such an impact on me. I guess we can all relate a little. We all have dreams and ambitions. We might achieve some of our goals and dreams but we might also fall sometimes. In fact, it's guaranteed. We might feel a little broken at times. But we have to keep trying. We have to get back up and "earn our wings."
